To support the economic development and growth of Beauharnois-Salaberry businesses, the CLD invites entrepreneurs to take advantage of the various programs available to them.

Financial Assistance Application Process

If you would like to take advantage of one of the CLD Beauharnois-Salaberry’s financial assistance programs, we invite you to review the following financial assistance application process.

Step 1 You must first register by calling the CLD to attend an information session and receive an information kit (sessions are held once every two weeks).
Step 2 Step 2- You must then complete the three documents included in the information kit (financial assistance application, project evaluation form, entrepreneur profile form, and attach one copy of your curriculum vitae (for the STA initiative, you must include an additional form provided by Emploi-Québec’s Centre local d’emploi (CLE)) and send it to the CLD.
Step 3 An advisor will then contact you to set up a preliminary meeting.
* If you are applying for the (STA) initiative, you must first be accepted for the 16 preparatory weeks to prepare a business plan and budgeted financial statements, prior to presenting your application to the committee.
Step 4 Once your application is accepted by the investment committee, it must then be approved by the Board of Directors.
Step 5 Once the process is completed and your application is approved, contracts will be drafted and signed.

* Support for Self-Employment (STA) financial assistance begins once you are accepted for the 16 preparatory weeks.
