Industrial areas

The territory of Beauharnois-Salaberry has four industrial areas and one business park distributed between two economic poles. These areas have more than 30 million square feet available. Note that in addition to the industrial parks listed below, other areas in the territory can welcome businesses with such a vocation.

 

Ecoparc Industriel de Salaberry-de-Valleryfield

A new industrial park is being developed, at the junction of Autoroutes 30 and the 530, at the entrance of the bridge that connects Beauharnois-Salaberry to the region of Vaudreuil-Soulanges, at CP’s intermodal centre as well as at Autoroutes 20 and 40.
